TOTAL TIME:

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz organic cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Justin’s Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2-4 Justin’s Dark Chocolate Candy Bars, chopped
  • 1-2 cups Cacao nibs, finely ground in food processor
  • White icing (for decorating — optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, Justin’s Crunchy Peanut Butter, and maple syrup until smooth and fluffy. Fold in the chopped Justin’s Candy Bars.
  2. Transfer mixture onto a piece of parchment or wax paper. Shape into a football. Coat it in the cacao nibs, gently pressing to adhere. Freeze for at least 1 hour, until firm.
  3. Use white icing to pipe on football laces and stripes, if going for the game-day look. Optional, but fun.
  4. Freeze until ready to serve. Let thaw for 20–30 minutes before serving. Serve with: sliced apples, pretzel sticks, graham crackers, or just a spoon. Make ahead tip: Keep it frozen until game day, it thaws quickly and makes a crowd-pleasing centerpiece for any snack spread.

Great Summer Recipes
Chocolate Dipped Cookie Dough Stuffed Grahams stacked on a white background with chocolate syrup drizzle and coconut shavings
Cookies are great, but cookie dough is better. This “cookie dough” takes an egg-less approach to cookie dough and stuffs it between two crunchy graham crackers and dunks it in melted chocolate. Chocolate-Dipped “Cookie Dough” Stuffed Grahams are made with JUSTIN’S® Maple Almond Butter and are a great treat for the entire family.
Coconut Almond Butter Overnight Oats in a clear cup with a bamboo straw, and wooden baking utensils in the white background

I love spicing up a classic recipe. What do you do when life gives you JUSTIN’S® Coconut Almond Butter, oats, blueberries, and a free night? Make Coconut Almond Butter Overnight Oats of course! This recipe cuts out all the artificial ingredients included in a sugary instant packet. No need to thank me, I do it for the fans!

Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Biscotti on a white plate and marble tray with coffee on a white marble background

I like to make things my kids will be excited to try. So I added JUSTIN’S® Honey Peanut Butter and rainbow sprinkles to this Gluten Free Peanut Butter Biscotti and BAM! I present to you a crunchy, sweet, rainbow showstopper.
