Coconut Almond Butter

Do not eat the outside of a coconut. I repeat; do not eat the outside of a coconut. It is hairy and hard and not nearly as delicious as you think it’s going to be. But, what is delicious is the stuff on the inside. Which is what I figured out the hard way and why I combined real California Almonds and my one-of-a-kind grind to create this Coconut Almond Butter.
