Iced Sweet Potato Latte with JUSTIN’S® Cinnamon Almond Butter + Cold Foam

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup cooked sweet potato (mashed and cooled)
  • 1 tbsp JUSTIN’S® Cinnamon Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (more to taste)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 shots espresso (about 2 oz total), cooled
  • Ice

For the Cold Foam:

  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp milk (2% or oat works well)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or vanilla brown sugar syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a tall glass, combine the mashed sweet potato, JUSTIN’S® Cinnamon Almond Butter, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and espresso. Use a handheld milk frother or immersion
    blender to blend until smooth and creamy. (No need for a full blender — this keeps it silky but still light.)
  2. In a separate cup, use the frother to whip together the cream, milk, syrup, and cinnamon until thick and foamy, about 20–30 seconds.
  3. Add ice to the espresso mixture and pour the cold foam over top.
  4. Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg and enjoy!
