TOTAL TIME:

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate, for a richer fudge)
  • ½ cup JUSTIN’S® Classic Peanut Butter
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk (or sub: ¼ cup pure maple syrup + 2 Tbsp coconut oil for a dairy-free version)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • Optional toppings:
    •  Chopped roasted peanuts
    • Flaky sea salt
    • Drizzle of melted peanut butter or melted chocolate

DIRECTIONS

  1. Line a 6×6-inch or 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, JUSTIN’S® Classic Peanut Butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between
each, until melted and smooth (about 1–1½ minutes total). Stir in vanilla and salt until glossy.
  3. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Tap on the counter to remove air bubbles. Swirl in extra JUSTIN’S® Classic Peanut Butter.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts or flaky salt, then drizzle with a little extra warmed peanut butter if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  6. Cut into 1-inch squares with a sharp knife and serve!
