Great Summer Recipes
Sweet & Salty Almond Butter Coconut Delights scattered in a white background with Justin's peanut butter jar

Coconuts are fuzzy and hard to eat. But, the truth is that if you can find a real big rock and crack one open, you’ll get real wet from coconut milk. Nobody told me and now my shirt is ruined. Anyways, if you take that delicious coconut meat from the inside, you’ve got yourself one of the delicious ingredients for my Sweet & Salty Almond Butter Coconut Delights. Whip up a batch tonight and don’t forget to bring a towel!

Honey Almond Buttered Popcorn in a pink pan with honey almond butter poured from top by a human hand on a white background

Movie night is one of my favorite nights of the week. Finding something to stream online with my friends and family is a great way to connect with loved ones. It doesn’t beat trips to the video store, but those don’t exist anymore. To make up for it, I came up with a recipe for Honey Almond Buttered Popcorn. It’s made with JUSTIN’S® Honey Almond Butter and is tasty sweet treat.

justins almond butter ssamjang

At this point, I have to ask, “what CAN’T almond butter do?” This Korean-inspired Almond Butter Ssamjang (which translates to “sauce for wraps”) is a sweet, spicy, and perfectly salty sauce that is phenomenal in a lettuce wrap or just as a dip for fresh veggies.

Maple Almond Butter Coffee Cake on a white plate with the corner cut with a fork on a wood background with tray and jar

Isn’t there just something nice about a warm cup of coffee and a thick slice of coffee cake that just gets your day going right? This recipe for Maple Almond Butter Coffee Cake is a delicious bite that never fails to put a smile on my face. It’s made with coconut sugar, rolled oats, and JUSTIN’S® Maple Almond Butter.

Edible White Chocolate Sugar Cookie Dough in a round white bowl with a wooden rubber spatula inside thumbnail image.

Everybody’s favorite part of making cookies is getting to snack on the dough. It’s so good I decided that it should be the main event, not just a background character. My Edible White Chocolate Sugar Cookie dough is made with JUSTIN’S® Vanilla Almond Butter and is great for when you want to eat a guilt-free treat.
