I have always believed that simple foods are the best foods. With just three ingredients you can make something wonderful. JUSTIN’S® Classic Peanut Butter is the star of these Classic Peanut Butter Cookies. No need to mess with a good thing. Simple.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of JUSTIN’S® Classic Peanut Butter
1 cup of Light Brown Sugar
1 Egg

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, beat all of the ingredients with an electric mixer.

3. Roll the dough into 2-inch balls and place onto two greased baking sheets. Press slightly to flatten.

4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
