TOTAL TIME:

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz organic cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Justin’s Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2-4 Justin’s Dark Chocolate Candy Bars, chopped
  • 1-2 cups Cacao nibs, finely ground in food processor
  • White icing (for decorating — optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, Justin’s Crunchy Peanut Butter, and maple syrup until smooth and fluffy. Fold in the chopped Justin’s Candy Bars.
  2. Transfer mixture onto a piece of parchment or wax paper. Shape into a football. Coat it in the cacao nibs, gently pressing to adhere. Freeze for at least 1 hour, until firm.
  3. Use white icing to pipe on football laces and stripes, if going for the game-day look. Optional, but fun.
  4. Freeze until ready to serve. Let thaw for 20–30 minutes before serving. Serve with: sliced apples, pretzel sticks, graham crackers, or just a spoon. Make ahead tip: Keep it frozen until game day, it thaws quickly and makes a crowd-pleasing centerpiece for any snack spread.
