INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup espresso
  • 2 tablespoons Justin’s Maple Almond Butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Justin’s Super Dark Espresso Almond Butter Cups, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk together the chia seeds, milk, espresso, almond butter and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  3. In the morning top with yogurt and chopped almond butter cups. Enjoy!

You can make lots of things in a skillet, one of my personal favorites is making my Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal Skillet Cookie recipe.
