INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz fresh espresso (or strong coffee)
  • 2 Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
  • 2 oz non-alcoholic coffee liqueur (e.g., Lyre’s Coffee Originale)
  • 1 oz non-alcoholic vodka (e.g., Ritual Zero Proof Vodka, CleanCo Clean V)
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Justin’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour hot espresso over 2 Justin’s Peanut Butter Cups and stir until melted. Let cool slightly.
  2. In a shaker, combine the chocolate espresso mixture, non-alcoholic coffee liqueur, vodka, simple syrup, and ice. Shake until frothy.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups.

Quick Fix: No non-alcoholic spirits? Just use 4 oz of espresso (or cold brew), sweeten to taste, shake it up, and you’re good to go!

Easy Peanut-Ginger Noodles in a round white bowl with wooden chopsticks with fresh ginger in the background

Who hasn’t realized at 5:45 that they forgot to prep dinner? I certainly have. More than once. So often, in fact, that I created a delicious, quick, and healthy meal that uses pantry staples. My Easy Peanut-Ginger Noodles come together in the time it takes you to cook noodles and taste way better than anything you’ll order on an app or pull out of your freezer. Don’t tell anyone, but sometimes I forget to make dinner on purpose so that I have an excuse to make this dish!

Cinnamon Almond Carrot Cake Muffins on a cooling rack with peanut butter spread on the half cut muffin on a white background

This is usually where I’d make a clever joke about rabbits, but when it comes to my Cinnamon Almond Carrot Cake Muffins, I don’t mess around. Trust me, the joke I had was good. Real good. Make sure you hurry to the grocery store and get everything you need—don’t forget JUSTIN’S® Cinnamon Almond Butter. Okay, I didn’t really have a joke. I couldn’t think of anything.
