1/2 cup almond milk

2 eggs

1/4 cup Justin's Cinnamon Almond Butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

8 slices day-old brioche (or other bread)

Optional: maple syrup, almond butter, powdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except bread) in a shallow dish. Whisk well. 

Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture and cook in a greased skillet over medium heat, 2-3 minutes per side.

Serve warm with maple syrup, additional almond butter or powdered sugar, as desired.
