1 ½ cups pretzel sticks, broken into smaller pieces
1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
½ cup Justin’s Classic Peanut Butter
Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Candy Pieces or Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter
Candy Pieces (for “eggs”)
DIRECTIONS
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring
in between until smooth.
Stir the peanut butter into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
In a large bowl, toss the toasted coconut and pretzel pieces with the chocolate-peanut
butter mixture until everything is well coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet,
using the back of a spoon to create a nest shape with a small indent in the center.
While the nests are still soft, place a few Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Candy Pieces
in the center of each nest. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm. Serve and store
at room temperature or in the fridge for a firmer texture.
