INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup JUSTIN’S® Classic Peanut Butter Spread
  • 3 tbsp non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt.
  • 1⁄4 cup white chocolate chips.
  • 2 tbsp freeze dried raspberries
  • 2 tbsp freeze dried blueberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/3 cup JUSTIN’S® Classic Peanut Butter Spread, 3 tbsp non-dairy milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  2. Add 2/3 cup oat flour and 1/4 tsp salt.
  3. Fold in 1⁄4 cup white chocolate chips.
  4. Roll into 1 inch balls.
  5. Crush 2 tbsp freeze dried raspberries and 2 tbsp freeze dried blueberries.
  6. Top cookie dough bites with the crushed freeze dried fruits as a whole food-based sprinkles alternative.
  7. Store in the fridge and enjoy.
