INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs
  • 6 slices brioche-style bread
  • ¼ cup Justin’s Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat eggs in a shallow dish. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each of 4 slices of bread, and create 2 sandwiches with the remaining bread (sandwiches will be 3 slices each). Dip into beaten eggs on all sides.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter. Add the French toast to the pan, and cook on all sides until golden brown. Enjoy!
