DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and let the cookie dough come to room temperature so it becomes soft to touch.

2. Place the package of Fudgy Brownie Cookie discs into an 8 x 8-inch baking pan. (We recommend adding a layer of parchment paper first to avoid sticking).

3. Press the dough into the pan.

4. Drop tablespoonfuls of JUSTIN’S® Honey Peanut Butter over the top of the brownie dough. Swirl with a knife or toothpick.

5. Cut the JUSTIN’S® Mini Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups into quarters. Then, arrange them over the top of the brownie.

6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Since ovens vary, check at the shortest time and add time as needed.

7. Cool the brownie pan for at least 25 minutes.

8. Once cooled, cut into 16 small squares, and enjoy! These brownies are delicious eaten warm and cold.

Pro Baking Tip: Store in an airtight container, on the counter or in the fridge, for 1-2 days.

Great Summer Recipes
Chocolate Hazelnut and Almond Dessert Hummus on a clear glass with strawberries in the background

I was recently informed that eating JUSTIN’S® Chocolate Hazelnut and Almond Butter straight out of the jar with a spoon is “not ideal for sharing.” Bold of them to assume I wanted to share. If I did want to share, I would whip up this Chocolate Hazelnut and Almond Dessert Hummus. It’s easy to make, delicious, and perfect for a crowd.

White Chocolate Almond Butter Mummies on a wood top with cutlery, straws, peanut butter jar in the background

You don’t need to be scared of mummies in this White Chocolate Almond Butter Mummies recipe. Unless you want to be scared about how amazing they taste. They are so cute it’s spooky. Boo!

Vegan Tacos with Seared Tofu, Veggies with Spicy Coconut Almond Sauce beside a bowl of cut limes on a white marble tabletop

Taco Tuesday should be for everyone – vegan and omnivore alike. Vegan Tacos with Seared Tofu, Veggies, and Spicy Coconut Almond Sauce are flavorful and substantial enough to satisfy the most enthusiastic meat-eaters and most committed vegans. These tacos are crunchy and flavorful, with a kick of heat. Make them once, and you’ll stop limiting yourself to tacos on only one day of the week.

Thai Coconut Curry Soup in a two-colored bowl on a grey round plate on a white marble tabletop with cilantro leaves

Looking to shake up dinner time? Look no further. This Thai Curry Soup with Crunchy Coconut Almond Butter is anything but ordinary. Nobody ever went wrong with sauteed onion, garlic, ginger, and red curry, but adding a handful of crunchy, coconut-y roasted chickpeas on top takes this soup to the next level. Best of all? You can enjoy all this flavor with only about thirty minutes of hands-on cooking time.
