TOTAL TIME:

INGREDIENTS

French Toast:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Deliciously Light
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/4  teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 thick-cut slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Baileys Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Deliciously Light

Toppings:

  • 2 JUSTIN’S® Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • Fresh berries

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, Baileys Deliciously Light, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Place bread into the egg mixture and flip to coat. Soak for about 10 minutes, or until egg mixture is absorbed.
  3. In the meantime, make the whipped cream by beating the cream and Baileys Deliciously Light in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  4. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Transfer the French toast to the pan and cook until golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve warm topped with whipped cream, peanut butter cups, and berries.

Chocolate Hazelnut Tart with Rosemary and Orange with 3 small pieces cut and still inside the tart on a white background

Tart. Tart. Just try saying it out loud. The word itself even sounds tart. Do you ever say a word so many times that it doesn’t sound like a thing anymore? If that’s the case, you better stop talking and start baking. My Chocolate Hazelnut Tart with Rosemary + Orange are definitely a thing. I think.

Dark Chocolate Hazelnut and Coconut Truffles in cupcake wrappers on a marble tray on a white background bird's eye view

You know what’s a great word? Truffle. It’s kind of silly, but fun to say—and even more fun to eat! My recipe for Dark Chocolate Hazelnut & Coconut Truffles puts JUSTIN’S® Chocolate Hazelnut and Almond Butter, shredded coconut, and dark chocolate chips together to create something wonderful. They’re great for parties, gatherings, or just a fun little treat. Enjoy!
