INGREDIENTS

French Toast:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Deliciously Light
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/4  teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 thick-cut slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Baileys Whipped Cream:

Toppings:

  • 2 JUSTIN’S® Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • Fresh berries

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, Baileys Deliciously Light, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Place bread into the egg mixture and flip to coat. Soak for about 10 minutes, or until egg mixture is absorbed.
  3. In the meantime, make the whipped cream by beating the cream and Baileys Deliciously Light in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies stacked and the top one bitten on a white background with a black cooling tray

My whole life is making delicious nut butters. Is it any wonder that my favorite type of cookie is a peanut butter cookie? I do like to add a little variety to my favorite treats, though. Don’t be a meanie, eat a panini! My Cheesy Almond Butter, Apple + Bacon Panini has got everything it says in the title and maybe a little more if you add some extra love to the mix. It’s also got JUSTIN’S® Classic Almond Butter in it, which is basically love, anyways.

Paleo Almond Butter Brownie Parfait in clear cups with fudge chunks and crumbs on a white background

This recipe needs no introduction, but I’ll write one anyway. There’s so many great things to say about this Paleo Almond Butter Brownie Parfait, it’s one of my kids’ favorites. It includes a bed of rich chocolate pudding, under a layer of coconut whipped cream, and topped with fudgy chocolate brownies. Yum! Did I mention it’s Paleo-friendly? You have to try it for yourself.
