MADE WITH:

INGREDIENTS

Makes about ¾ cup

  • 3 Tbsp JUSTIN’S® Maple Almond Butter
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1–2 Tbsp warm water (to thin, as needed)
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl (or blender jar), combine JUSTIN’S® Maple Almond Butter, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking (or blend on low speed) until the vinaigrette thickens and becomes creamy.
  3. Whisk in 1 tablespoon of warm water at a time until it reaches a pourable consistency.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and any optional spices. Taste and adjust — more vinegar for brightness, more almond butter for richness, or more maple for sweetness.
