INGREDIENTS

For the smoothie:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen mango (or substitute with orange segments)
  • 3 tablespoons Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter
  • ½ – ¾ cup milk of choice (adjust for thickness)

Topping suggestions:

  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • Fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • Granola
  • Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter, for drizzling

DIRECTIONS

  1.  In a blender, combine spinach, frozen banana, pineapple, mango, Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter,
    and ½ cup milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk as needed to reach a thick,
    spoonable consistency.
  2. Pour into a bowl and smooth out the top. Decorate with sliced kiwi, banana, fresh berries, a
    sprinkle of granola and a drizzle of Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter for the perfect finishing touch.

You can make lots of things in a skillet, one of my personal favorites is making my Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal Skillet Cookie recipe.
