Maple Almond Butter Waffle Skewers

INGREDIENTS

For the skewers:

  • Mini waffles (homemade or frozen, toasted)
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced into ½” pieces
  • Fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Justin’s Maple Almond Butter (for spreading + drizzling)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Skewers

Homemade Mini Waffles:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS

Skewers:

  1. Toast waffles if using frozen, or let homemade waffles cool slightly.
  2. Spread a thin layer of Justin’s Maple Almond Butter on each waffle.
  3. Assemble the skewers by alternating waffles, banana slices, strawberries, and raspberries.
  4. Drizzle with warm Justin’s Maple Almond Butter.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.

maker until golden.
