INGREDIENTS

French Toast:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Deliciously Light
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/4  teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 thick-cut slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Baileys Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Deliciously Light

Toppings:

  • 2 JUSTIN’S® Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • Fresh berries

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, Baileys Deliciously Light, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Place bread into the egg mixture and flip to coat. Soak for about 10 minutes, or until egg mixture is absorbed.
  3. In the meantime, make the whipped cream by beating the cream and Baileys Deliciously Light in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  4. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Transfer the French toast to the pan and cook until golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve warm topped with whipped cream, peanut butter cups, and berries.

Balsamic Almond Butter Dipping Sauce dipped with meatballs in a small round white bowl against a blue fabric background

Let’s be honest, dipping sauce makes just about everything better. Meatballs? Better. Breadsticks? Yup. Vegetables? AKA dip holders. This Balsamic Almond Butter Dipping Sauce takes 5 minutes to make, uses ingredients you probably already have on your shelf, and is just about the best dipping sauce out there. I can assure you it’ll bump your appetizer up a notch, or 10.

Chocolate Hazelnut and Almond Dessert Hummus on a clear glass with strawberries in the background

I was recently informed that eating JUSTIN’S® Chocolate Hazelnut and Almond Butter straight out of the jar with a spoon is “not ideal for sharing.” Bold of them to assume I wanted to share. If I did want to share, I would whip up this Chocolate Hazelnut and Almond Dessert Hummus. It’s easy to make, delicious, and perfect for a crowd.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cashew Cheesecake on a gray tray with a slice taken out and placed on top right side of the photo

There’s nothing I love more than the combination of dark chocolate, peanut butter, and creamy cheesecake. I made it my mission to create a dairy-free version of my favorite dessert to make sure that everyone can enjoy a chocolaty, peanut-buttery slice of cheesecake. It took some time – and roughly 1,000 dirty dishes – but I succeeded! Now I’m happy to share my recipe for Peanut Butter Chocolate Cashew Cheesecake with you.

Spooky Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark cut into random pieces with googly eyes on some with flower paper and confetti decoration

Why wouldn’t the skeleton go trick or treating? It didn’t have the guts. You don’t have to be afraid of Spooky Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark. The only thing spooky about it is how fast your goblins and ghouls will gobble them up.
