Great Summer Recipes
Paleo Almond Butter Brownie Parfait in clear cups with fudge chunks and crumbs on a white background

This recipe needs no introduction, but I’ll write one anyway. There’s so many great things to say about this Paleo Almond Butter Brownie Parfait, it’s one of my kids’ favorites. It includes a bed of rich chocolate pudding, under a layer of coconut whipped cream, and topped with fudgy chocolate brownies. Yum! Did I mention it’s Paleo-friendly? You have to try it for yourself.

What’s spookier than a mystery pretzel found in your suitcase purchased from an unidentified airport on an unknown trip from who knows how long ago? These Peanut Butter Stuffed Chocolate Dipped Pretzels. And by spooky, I mean that in the spooktacularly-cute Halloween sense, of course. The mystery pretzel is the other kind of spooky.

Fudgy Gluten Free Quinoa Flour Brownies stacked and placed beside each other in floral print background (close up shot)

Whether you’re on a gluten-free diet or trying something new, these Fudgy Gluten Free Quinoa Flour Brownies will not disappoint! The chocolaty goodness in these brownies are hard to resist, and did I mention there’s coffee in these? As if you needed another reason to try them. This recipe takes about 45 minutes to make and less than an hour to eat. Kidding, not kidding.

Vegan Banoffee Pie

banoffee = bananas + toffee.

It’s everything you want from the classic English dessert, without the dairy. Between the creamy whipped topping, silky dulce de leche filling with just the right amount of nuttiness, and the crunch of the sweet and salty crust, this pie is a textural masterpiece in your mouth.

Chocolate Hazelnut Tart with Rosemary and Orange with 3 small pieces cut and still inside the tart on a white background

Tart. Tart. Just try saying it out loud. The word itself even sounds tart. Do you ever say a word so many times that it doesn’t sound like a thing anymore? If that’s the case, you better stop talking and start baking. My Chocolate Hazelnut Tart with Rosemary + Orange are definitely a thing. I think.
