Great Summer Recipes
Peanut Butter Cup Brownies with one diagonal slice showing the side in the center of 8 pieces shown from top view of brownies

These Peanut Butter Cup Brownies are buzzworthy and exactly what they sound like, a-ma-zing. I’m always thinking up ways to bee more creative with my brownies. This recipe blends JUSTIN’S® Honey Peanut Butter and JUSTIN’S® Mini Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups into a fudgy brownie mix. These never last more than a couple of days at the house, they’re THAT good.

Nutty Butternut & Brussels Hash in a tray with parchment paper on a white background with golden fork and knife

How often can you say “I used almond butter in my veggie dish today”? Not often huh? Well here’s your chance! This Nutty Butternut & Brussels Hash wouldn’t be what it is if it wasn’t for JUSTIN’S® Maple Almond Butter. If you don’t believe me, try for yourself. I’m an expert at blending flavors and this dish won’t be the exception.

Paleo Almond Butter Crusted Chicken on parchment papers with cut baby tomatoes and lemon slices on a wooden serving tray

This Paleo Almond Butter Crusted Chicken is anything but average. I’ve added JUSTIN’S® Classic Almond Butter in the marinade to complement the chicken. I also use almond meal instead of bread crumbs and I promise you, the taste isn’t compromised. My family loves this recipe for dinner, and I think yours will too!

Turkey Kale and Brussels Salad with Almond Butter Tahini Dressing in a white bowl with dressing sauce poured from above

The two best parts of Thanksgiving are a great meal and getting all your loved ones together. The next best part is Thanksgiving leftovers. I’m surely thankful for this Turkey, Kale and Brussels Salad with Almond Butter Tahini.

Peanut Butter Banana S'mores Bars stacked on top of each other with chocolate chips on a white top with a blue background

You didn’t think I’d give you a s’mores recipe without putting my own spin on it did you? This is a classic with a sweet twist. This recipe uses JUSTIN’S® Mini Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups in place of the milk-chocolate bar, and real cookie dough instead of crackers. How delicious does that sound? I should warn you though, these can get messy and are addicting. But mostly just addicting.

Baked Cinnamon Almond Butter Churro Doughnuts with cinnamon sticks in the background on a white background

I’m a sucker for a great doughnut, but sometimes I want to eat a whole dozen of them. My doctor tells me that eating that much fried dough isn’t good for me, but I’ve found a loophole. My Baked Cinnamon Almond Butter “Churro” Doughnuts are baked not fried. You still probably shouldn’t eat a dozen of them by yourself though.
