What makes The Best Nut Butter Granola so great? Well for one, it’s in the name. But it’s also sweet, nutritious, and super easy to make. You can be as creative as you want with this recipe— add walnuts, banana chips, chia seeds, whatever your heart desires! This recipe is great for breakfast or an afternoon snack,. In fact, writing about it made me want to go make it. Goodbye for now.

INGREDIENTS

¾ cups JUSTIN’S® Vanilla Almond Butter
3 cups Gluten Free Oats
3 tablespoons Coconut Oil (or other Oil)
3 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt

Optional:
Walnuts
Pecans
Banana Chips
Golden Raisins
Dried Blueberries
Chia Seeds

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Line one large or two small baking sheets with parchment paper.

3. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.

4. Spread the granola onto the prepared baking sheets.

5. Top with the nuts and dried fruits, as desired.

6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, flipping once halfway.

7. Cool completely and enjoy!
