I love creating recipes that don’t require any heat because I can make my kids do it when I get lazy. This Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Granola was made with your kids in mind. I’ve included JUSTIN’S® Chocolate Hazelnut and Almond Butter and JUSTIN’S® Classic Peanut Butter for added sweetness. I’ve also added “easy” and “no bake” in the title so they don’t complain. You can even let them have a piece if you’re feeling extra generous.

Charcuterie is a great word. It hits a lot of great sounds in one succinct word. Char-coo-ter-ee. Scientists still say they don’t know what it means, I’m pretty sure. When you’re making a charcuterie board for your guests, this Cranberry Almond Butter Baked Brie is a perfect fit and dip for spreads of all kinds. I make it with JUSTIN’S® Classic Almond Butter, cranberry sauce, and a sprig of rosemary for garnish.
I love cookies with stuff in them. It is like a dessert inside of a dessert. Bonus dessert! White Chocolate Peanut Butter ‘Cookies & Cream’ Cookies combine cookies with chunks of your favorite sandwich cookies and white chocolate peanut butter cups.
Looking to shake up dinner time? Look no further. This Thai Curry Soup with Crunchy Coconut Almond Butter is anything but ordinary. Nobody ever went wrong with sauteed onion, garlic, ginger, and red curry, but adding a handful of crunchy, coconut-y roasted chickpeas on top takes this soup to the next level. Best of all? You can enjoy all this flavor with only about thirty minutes of hands-on cooking time.
It seems unfair that my plant-based friends and family miss out on cheesecakes. And I won’t stand for unfairness! So, I created a Plant-Based Cheesecake recipe that’s easy to prepare and is just as sweet, creamy, and satisfying as your favorite restaurant’s version. Cheesecake for everyone!
