INGREDIENTS

Overnight Oats:

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

 

For Parfait:

  • 2 cups fresh berries
  • ¼ cup Justin’s Maple Almond Butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds and maple syrup. Stir until well combined and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
  2. To make the parfaits, scoop ¼ of the oat mixture into the bottom of two mason jars. Top with ½ cup berries. Layer with remaining oat mixture, then top with 2 tablespoons Maple Almond Butter and remaining berries.
  3. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
