INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons JUSTIN’S® Honey Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 serving cooked noodles (flat rice noodles or any other long noodle)
  • Garnish: sliced scallion, roasted peanuts, chili crisp

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, chili oil, sesame oil, and warm water until smooth.
  2. Add in warm, cooked noodles and stir until fully coated.
  3. Garnish with sliced scallions, roasted peanuts and a drizzle of chili crisp, and enjoy!
