INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups rice cereal (like Chex)
  • 1 cup Justin’s Classic Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ -2 cups powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the rice cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Justin’s Classic Peanut Butter and chocolate chips.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  4. Pour the melted peanut butter and chocolate mixture over the cereal. Gently fold with a spatula until all the cereal is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the coated cereal to a large resealable plastic bag (or a mixing bowl with a lid). Add the powdered sugar, seal the bag, and shake vigorously until the cereal is well coated.
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Enjoy!
