The best way to teach your kiddos about healthy snacking is to lead by example. So, I headed to the Boulder Indoor Soccer Center and packed some hungry parents a snack. Then, I let the SoccerTykes in on the snacking action. I’ve gotta say, it was a “gooooooooal!” all around.
