When I created these protein bars using my one-of-a-kind Honey Almond Butter, I thought they had to be chilled. So naturally, I dragged my mini-fridge on all my hikes and bike rides. Eventually, the extension cord became a real tripping hazard, so I was thrilled to discover they taste just as delicious on-the-go.
