1 Cup Coconut Sugar

1 Cup Justin's Peanut Butter

1 Egg

12 Justin's Mini Peanut Butter Cups

6 Large Marshmallows, cut in half

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine sugar, Peanut Butter and egg in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined.

Roll dough into 12-16 balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.

Remove from oven and place one marshmallow half on top of each cookie. press down. Put back in the oven for approximately 1 minute, or until marshmallows are toasted and golden brown. Remove.

Place one Peanut Butter Cup on top of each marshmallow and press down gently. Cool completely and enjoy!
