Chia Pudding:

2 tablespoons Chia Seeds

1/3 cup orange juice


¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1-2 tablespoons orange marmalade

1 Justin’s Almond Butter Protein Bar, cut into 1-inch pieces

Cooking Instructions

To make the chia pudding, combine the chia seeds and orange juice in a small jar and shake to combine. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, or until thickened.

To assemble the parfaits, alternate layers of yogurt, marmalade, and chia pudding in a small glass. Top with protein bar pieces, and enjoy!
