creative recipes broccoli salad wih almond butter


  • 2 Heads of Broccoli, lightly steamed
  • 1/2 Cup Justin's Classic Almond Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 Cup Water


Cooking Instructions

In a food processor, blend almond butter, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, and water until smooth. In a large bowl, toss steamed broccoli with prepared almond butter sauce to coat. Allow broccoli to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
