Almond-Miso Dressing:

2 tablespoons Justin's Classic Almond Butter

2 tablespoons chickpea mis (or white miso)

2 tablespoons avocado oil

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons minced shallot

1/4 cup warm water


Little gems lettuce

Snap peas

Soft boiled egg

Shredded carrot

Sliced radish

Freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

To make the dressing, combine all dressing ingredients in a small food processor, and blend until well combined.

To assemble salad, combine lettuce and veggies of choice in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with dressing as desired, and top with egg and freshly ground black pepper.
