Ingredients

  • 1 large (4 ounce), peeled carrot, fresh or frozen 
  • 1 (10 ounce) orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower, fresh or frozen
  • 6 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 6 ounces non-dairy Kefir or plain yogurt (or sub 1T chia or flax seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon Justin’s Classic Almond Butter  (or any flavor almond/cashew butter)
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey (optional)
  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2-inch piece fresh ginger (or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
