3/4 cup Justin’s Chocolate Hazelnut Butter
1/4 cup ricotta
1/4 cup mascarpone
¼ teaspoon salt
6 cannoli shells
2 cups dark chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
Powdered sugar, for dusting
To make the filling, combine all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until well combined. Place in the fridge to chill.
Meanwhile, prepare the shells by dipping both ends in the melted chocolate and setting on parchment or wax paper to dry.
Once dry, place the filling in a piping bag or large zip top plastic bag and cut a hole in the corner. Pipe filling into shells, starting in the middle and working your way out on both sides. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and lightly dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
