• 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 4 cups Cinnamon Spice Bagels, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Apple, sliced
  • ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup Justin's Maple Almond Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut Oil, melted

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix milk, sugar, egg, cinnamon and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Stir in bagel pieces, apples and cranberries. Spread evenly in 1 quart baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Melt Maple Almond Butter and coconut oil in a small bowl in the microwave (about 30 seconds). Drizzle over bread pudding and serve warm.
